US Law Reccomendation
Creating Laws to decrease Government Corruption caused by neglect and miscommunication
Recommendation:
U.S. Government should read this document, and re-evaluate certain aspects of communication between National Security Departments, and local and Federal Law Enforcement so that investigations may be enforced by Homeland Security to avoid illegal investigations so that evidence found can be applyed in United States courtrooms when applicable.
Allow me to being with the following story.
Recently I "tested the system" to evaluate the US Government’s behavior in investigating matters of Homeland Security by feigning the personality, disposition, and motivation of a Terrorist.
I began by writing a blog, which contained information concerning secrets of Homeland Security. As a private US Citizen, any "threats" I made to expose this information were legal.
I continued with the blogging, speaking of Countries which were angry with the decisions of the United States, problems they have caused, wars they have inspired, etc.
I then left a non-stated implication of nuclear warfare as a message (as someone else had threatened to launch a nuke with whom I was not associated) by enclosing a picture of a nuclear bomb detonating as an animated .gif picture on the blog.
I made contact with a member of Homeland security at Waffle House, and began feigning interest in joining, and began training my dear friend there who I shall refer to as "Owen," the first alias he gave me, on details he did not understand.
I also referred him to my blog, which he included, with my identity, on a National Security database. I filed a few misc FBI reports involving some things to attract further attention to myself, and conveniently neglected to provide details incriminating such people for their crimes.
Resultingly, the FBI did not take the issue of "threat" seriously. However, the CIA, being trained to understand the mentality I was mimicing did. The FBI refused to cooperate and investigate me for a long period of time, until eventually Owen contacted Homeland Security and his friends, in an act of desperation to protect the Homeland, attempted to assassinate me with poisoning. I survived this incident.
The following outcomes occurred:
1. I was on food stamps at the time. They were stolen so I would starve to death by Owen and his friends. Eventually, the day a letter to the governor, DFCS, and a certain non profit advocate organization went out the food stamps simply reappeared, not in an envelope, in my mail box.
2. I bought a P.O. box, and opened 6 bank accounts, causing several "red flags" which, while not technical red flags of incrimination, do alert attention. The check cards arrived in my P.O. Box, and were stolen again by Owen on two occasions.
3. To further hinder my funds, Owen’s Homeland Security friends hacked comcast’s billing system to double bill me, and I additionally received several false bills (a phone sex hot-line, after I specifically set my phone number to not be able to call 1-900 numbers) and other misc false bills to damage my reputation for being able to have money, and for
3. I filed a report concerning fraud, which stopped the extra bills, and the stealing of mail from my P.O. Box, however I did loose an $80,000.00 payment somehow along the way, which I was unable to report for security reasons.
4. Many illegal wiretaps were detected with my equipment at my house, and my good friend David’s house, needless to day.
5. Eventually, upon the final posts, the inevitable misinterpretation occurred, however, instead of hiring Government Mercenaries as I expected with my references to them to my friend whom we shall call Stanly Field, an NSA employee, a simply "natural causes" poisoning occurred while I was talking to an Ex-Navy Seal sniper. I survived, and attempted to prepare an antidote for him also, which I hid in a cigarette, however I am unsure to this date if he survived or not.
Needless to say, this problem occurred for two reasons.
1. The FBI is hesitant to listen to the CIA, because of their inability to understand issues of Homeland Security, and delayed on the investigation until I started reporting members of Homeland Security at which point they were forced to investigate me on technicality.
2. Departments of National Security, especially the CIA, feel morally and justifiably obligated to take matters into their own hands to defend the lives of innocent people in the Homeland, because of lack of influence and cooperation with other Government departments.
This results in several problems:
1. The CIA is very closed on reporting information which concerning their abuse of authority which can be done for moral or immoral reasons, and as a group are thus very close knit (much resembling actual terrorist groups) and protect each other as a result for "enemies" in Government who simply "do not understand."
2. Corrupt members of the CIA will abuse this privilege which has been made necessary by the incompetence of other departments of Government and use it to acquire wealth, power, and in some cases their own Countries using taxpayer money. (Please remember the Federal Government is legally obligated to collect funds only from taxpayer money.)
3. Most of this money is laundered, very cleverly, from paychecks of Government employees, such as the US Military, several important members of the NSA, and various forms of social services and mental health which "nobody cares about," and other locations I am not permitted to mention at this time.
Therefore, the following request is proposed to the US Government to motivate them to solve problems with the following:
1. Re-evaluation of "co-operation" and "sharing of information" in the US Government.
2. Re-evaluation of "teamwork" and "common cause" motives concerning not corruption, but ego of persons who refuse to comply with investigations upon request to reduce corruption.
3. I also recommend implementing a new system where members of National Security can require investigators such as local police and the FBI to read certain documents created to understand the mentality of seeing "red flags" composed of patterns of behavior that create clear indication that, while clearly no evidence exists on a person, they are obviously a threat to society, and thus to prompt investigation of that individual solely by their request. While a system for this exists, National Security does not currently have the "right" to require (not request) an investigation without proper grounds. This leads to National Security conducting private illegal investigations, with evidence which cannot be used in a court of law.
