Recommendation:
US Government should pass laws preparing for understanding of, and sanctioning of PAT Units, and their diffrentiation between Terrorist Units.

PAT or PAT Unit = Private Anti-Terrorism Unit
This document explains the difference between the mentality and motivation of a Terrorist and a Private Anti-Terrorist, not directly backed by any Government, (PAT) in an effort to clear up confusion. Before continuing further, we would like to discuss the extremely simple question of what a Terrorist is, which the US Government has made entirely too complex.
A terrorist is someone who uses fear to accomplish war for nihilistic purposes. There is no complexity to the word. It is that simple. Terrorists of extreme power most frequently have wealth, and land, and are often dictators, and work in, or for a Country.
However, among the US Government, severe confusion has arrived concerning what a Terrorist is. First, the Executive Branch has declared, and written laws stating that, a Terrorist is a person who works for/in, owns, creates, or aids, a Militia that is not supported by any form of Government. By this statement, the Executive Branch has declared US National Security to be filled with "Terrorists".

An Anti-Terrorist group that is privately funded has members which are motivated by use of force to create peace. This use of force is generally Militant, however, direct use of a Military or Mass Destruction would never not necessarily used by such said organization.
PAT (Private Anti-Terrorists) have a mentality which ironically mirrors Terrorist Mentality. For example, there is a strong bitterness and disdain for Governments who are guilty of Harbouring Terrorists. There is extreme paranoia which, while logically founded, can lead to actual psychotic paranoia. There is a strong close knit community, a resistance to those who disrupt their cause or beliefs, and a strong hesitance to hear outside input which discourages their work.
The reasons for this are ironic. Since PAT's will normally work against a Government to support a Country, they are aware the Government will attempt to Convince the Country they are protecting that they are in fact Terrorists. Use of law is essential, but in many cases, near impossible to apply. Thus, the people that a PAT is reporting in to, they will inherently not trust their on-the-record employers, as that person is "Part of the System". Thus, while a PAT group will often contain Government Informants, those Informants will be paranoid that the very people they are reporting to will attempt to destroy them.
Thus the community is close knit. Decisions of what to report in, and how to report in by a PAT must be authorized by others. A strong sense of trust, and community involvement, and philanthropy, are essential to any PAT Unit. Extreme Morals and Ethical codes which a normal person would find excessive will be employed by members of a PAT Unit for the purpose of successful operation. However, these codes are taken to heart psychosocially as a real code of ethics. Thus the though the group does not necessarily see themselves as superior to others, the group feels they have a cause which makes their individual members more important that non-members, both morally, and strategically, because they are protecting the other people who are not contributing to the cause, and it is thus justified.
While outside input is heard, inside the organization, massive Intel will always exist, normally consistent of full knowledge of all Government Operations, which persons in National Defense for that Government are normally not aware of. Seeing the full scope of complexity of the situation, the group has more knowledge to work with that those who would accuse them of being terrorists. Thus many statements they make will be considered illogical, but can be explained rationally, but because of the intensity of their statements, people do not normally choose to hear them, because they sound like an outrageous claim when taken out of context. (i.e. "The US Government is Harbouring Terrorists," "The US Government has declared war on itself," etc.)
Thus, when hearing outside input, an efficient and well informed PAT has already obtained the relevant information, and is hesitant to sitting through a lecture about how what they are doing is unethical. In the collective mind of a PAT Unit, the ethical motivation is primarily the safety and protection of groups, Religions, Churches, Countries, or people in mind, and any claims that they are hurting the people they are protecting are insulting.
The level of intensity of working for a PAT Unit, and in some cases receiving a Genetic, Neurological, and/or Psychological Alteration creates certain emotional imbalances, which motivate them towards a goal. While not psychotic, they will often exhibit symptoms of psychosis, caused by stress, which can be explained, but require a fresh mentality to hear.
PATs have existed for a long period of time. Perhaps the most famous PATs Historically are the Templar Knights which have protected Countries, founded the first World Bank, and protected the Catholic Church for a period of time. Most PATs will have strong Religious and/or Spiritual beliefs, which center around concepts of God and the path of the Left Hand.
Currently, the most rampant PATs are Muslim Militant Groups, which have very different philosophies of actual Muslim terrorists, which are sound, relate to real world events, and any real PAT will place logic in the real world as a primary focus, and use spiritual or Religious beliefs to justify that Logic, and motivate their cause.
This is an example of what a Privately Funded Anti-Terrorist group would publish, and why it would inspire a Government, for example the US Government, to destroy it. The irony of this example is that this group is attempting to support the United States of America and it's Citizens by halting an Internal Takeover of the US Government.
Herein is the example:
Bay of Pigs. This is one small example, and the CIA's Illegal actions were only brought to public light, because of the shockingly simplistic mistake they tragically made in an effort to destroy a man who should be declared a Terrorist, but was not, because he owned a Country. The US Government, on behalf of a White Op, through the CIA did give arms to, aid, work of, and create a Militia to overthrow Fidel Castro.
Thus, any rational person can see that the Executive Branch, by writing laws, has in a very silly yet chaotic manner, declared the United States to be harbouring Terrorists. According to standards created by the CIA for dealing with Terrorists, the CIA in and of itself is not to be in any way negotiated with, dealt with, or used by the United States of America.
Millions of silly ridiculous flaws in the US Government exist in this nature, and the system has become so Chaotic that according to the Executive Branch well over 50% of people in National Defense are, by law, guilty of Treason.
Obviously, nobody perceives this as a serious issue, as any person who believes this utter nonsense will be carried through would be a lunatic. However, there are several patterns in the US Government which historically indicate, very clearly, red flags of an Internal Government takeover through Military force, and these kinds of ludicrous laws are not, and logically never would be, activated (albeit illegally written) without a clear, rational perspective...
Briefly, when this event occurs... Mass confusion, hysteria, and the inability to respond logically during the invasion of the United States instituted by members of the US Government.
This therefore brings us to the issue of the extreme imbalance of power in the US Government. The Executive Branch, which employs numerous members of the New World Order, has overstepped their balance of power by doing numerous illegal and/or unconstitutional things.
We will place Illegal and unconstitutional things in two different categories, as unconstitutional clearly has no relevance in Government anymore, and is solely in place for US Citizens to exercise their inaliable rights to destroy the US Government, for self defense purposes, for which purpose the Terrorists employed by the US Government pretend we are at war. This works very effectively on behalf of the US Government to allowing itself to violate the rights and integrity of the Unites States (as the USA and US Government are in fact two separate entities), however, this current strategy inspires war against the United States, not the US Government creating the irony that this illusion has become, in fact, real, and is no longer false, thus making it a valid self-justification. Therefore any act by any US Citizen of overthrowing the US Government, whether that citizen is a member of the US Government or not is virtually an invitation of war by Terrorists who own Countries (according to my definition of Terrorists), and is essentially suicidal.
It is for this reason that I disagree with the overthrowing and replacement of the US Government, as it jeopardizes, and seriously risks the safety of the United States (consisting of Land, and US Citizens).
The Executive Branch, therefore, has contributed to the destruction of the United States by doing the following:
1. Illegally writing laws, using loopholes as justification, which still do not make them legal to write.
2. Overstepping their balance of power by not requiring re-election for their positions.
3. Collobrating with the New World Order by allowing Mexican Terrorists harboured in the United States to gather information and prepare for an invasion via the US Government.
4. Diverting the public's attention from threats of National Security.
5. Allowing the New World Order's Terroristic activities to be exposed, inspiring a Government take over by the New World Order.
The Central Intelligence Agency has contributed to the destruction of the United States by doing the following:
1. Conspiring to overthrow the US Government.
2. Re-hiring CIA employees guilty of Treason under new identities, who were fired from the CIA for suspected 9/11 Conspiracy.
3. Inspiring war through deception to anger Terrorists who own and work for/in Foreign Countries.
4. Assassinating US Government Officials.
5. Placing false Evidence against NSA Informants who are attempting to stop this war.
6. Stealing money from the US Government to fund theft of weaponry from the US Military, and moving those guns to Mexico.
Other departments who are guilty of minor infractions will no be mentioned at this time.
