Recommendation:
US Government should pass laws preparing for allowance of Genetic Alterations for cure of diseases which can be cured through RNA manipulation including, but not limited to:
Cancer, Muscular Dystrophy, Alzheimers, Dementia, MPD, Schizophrenia, and AIDs.
